What Is a Life Coach?

A life coach is one who helps you make progress in your life to obtain greater fulfillment. As your life coach,  I will help you gain clarity, identify what is blocking your way and guide you to developing a strategy that works for you, your unique self.  There are two basic paths: thinking and feeling.  You desire a happy, fulfilling life.  As your life coach, I will guide you and support you in achieving those goals and to find the path that fits you.

In a world filled with distractions and complications, it is hard to stay balanced.  The simplicity of the infinity symbol, just as in life, holds the meaning of love, power and beauty.  You have endless possibilities.  Empower and embrace the YOU you long to be through coaching.

My life coaching style is designed to fit YOU.  Our first session will be unique in that I will ask you to set goals for the next 90 days that we are going to be focusing on and working on together.   Think of these as instructions.  You’ll want them to be specific, measurable and achievable.  Don’t worry, I’m going to help you figure out what those brainstorming.
